Uses

Renderoc Putty is a high performance acrylic based grade, water borne, incorporated with fine graded filler designed for application from feather edge to 2 mm thickness on concrete surfaces, masonry surfaces, gypsum boards, wooden surfaces, can be applied over surface imperfections and for light hairline crack bridging purposes.

Description

Renderoc Putty is a single component product supplied as ready to use. Its fine quality paste consists of polymer, fine graded filler and biocides for good stability. The product is smooth paste white colour as standard. Special colour is available on request for large orders.

Application instructions

The surface should be stable, firm, dry and free from dust sand, loose old paints, laitance, dirt, grease, oil and corrosion deposits.

Mixing not required, ready to use.

Apply with steel trowel, steel spatula and filling knife.

Over-coating can be done after initial cure which is 12 hours at ambient temperature.

Indicated film thickness

Cleaning

Renderoc Putty should be removed from tools, equipment and mixers with clean water immediately after use.

Cured material can only be removed mechanically.

Storage

Renderoc Putty has a shelf of 12 months if kept in a cool store in the original, unopened pack.

Precautions

Health and safety

Avoid content with skin or eyes. Any skin or eye contamination should be washed immediately with plenty of water.

Gloves & protective clothing are recommended.

Fire

Renderoc Putty is non-flammable and non-hazardous.
